• How long does the subscription last?

  Our subscription plan requires a 12-month minimum commitment. After that, it continues month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime. • What happens if I cancel after 12 months and want to come back?

  No problem! You can return anytime by starting a new 12-month subscription contract.

• What if I cancel before the 12 months is over?

  If you cancel before the 12-month minimum, you’ll owe the balance of the full website cost (€3,850) minus whatever you’ve already paid. We prioritize long-term relationships with our clients, and this policy ensures fairness and sustainability for both parties.

• How do you handle late payments?

  Every invoice includes a 7-day grace period. After that, a €25 late fee is applied. For subscriptions with multiple missed payments, we may cancel the contract, and the client will be responsible for the full site cost. That said, we’re flexible and understanding — if you communicate with us, we’ll work with you.

• What payment methods do you accept?

  We invoice through Stripe. Payments are made securely online with a debit or credit card. We accept all major credit cards. • Is the €100 per additional page fee monthly?

  No, it’s a one-time fee per page. For example, if you need 3 extra pages, it’s €300 total — not €300 per month.

• Do you offer refunds?

  If we cannot design something you’re 100% happy with before development begins, we’ll refund your deposit. Once we’ve started building the site, there are no refunds after that. From then on, refunds are not guaranteed and are at our discretion.

• Do subscriptions continue after the 12-month minimum?

  Yes. Subscriptions are ongoing until canceled. Most of our clients stay for years because their websites continue bringing in more business every month — making the investment pay for itself.

• Can I buy out of my subscription after 12 months?

  No. Subscriptions are designed for long-term value and sustainability. Since it takes 2–3 years for us to break even compared to a lump sum project, buying out after 12 months wouldn’t be viable for us.

• Can I add unlimited edits & support to the lump sum package?

  Yes! For €50/month (12-month minimum), you can add unlimited edits and support.

• What’s the difference between lump sum and subscription?

  ⭐Lump Sum: One-time upfront payment, lower total cost over time.
  ⭐Subscription: Affordable monthly payments with ongoing service and support.
  Choose based on your budget and whether you prefer flexibility or long-term savings.

• Is SEO included in your packages?

  Yes — we provide on-page SEO including fast load times, clean code, mobile optimization, meta tags, sitemap setup.
  Note: Off-page SEO (like link building) is not included.

• Do you offer e-commerce websites under subscription?

  No. E-commerce requires significantly more setup and ongoing management, so we only offer it as a custom, lump sum project.

• Do I keep my domain if I cancel?

  Yes, always. You own your domain. Even if we purchase it on your behalf, it will be transferred to you if you cancel.

• How long does it take to complete a website?

  Most sites are completed within 2–4 weeks, depending on how quickly you provide content and images.

• Do I keep the website if I cancel my subscription?

  No. You always keep your domain and assets, but not the website itself.

• Do you use WordPress or page builders?

  Nope!
  We build everything with hand-written custom code — no page builders, no bloated plugins.
